By joining the Fluttify beta or using the platform, you agree to these terms. Plain-language summaries open each section; the full text governs.
1. The service
Fluttify analyzes your Shopify storefront and generates iOS and Android applications from a shared commerce engine and your store’s configuration. The service includes conversion, preview, basic customization, build generation, and assistance with App Store and Google Play submission. Fluttify is currently in beta: features may change, and we may onboard accounts gradually.
2. Eligibility & compatibility
The platform targets standard Shopify stores: Shopify’s standard checkout, a catalog exposed through the Storefront API, navigation expressible in 3–5 primary destinations, and a single primary market. Before payment you receive a compatibility report covering your installed apps; anything flagged as unsupported or custom is excluded from the standard service and may be quoted separately. We may decline stores the platform cannot serve well.
3. Beta fees & refunds
The founding-beta setup fee is US $499, one-time, payable when you approve your preview and compatibility report. If we fail to deliver signed, submittable Android and iOS builds for an eligible store, you receive a full refund. Fees for delivered apps are otherwise non-refundable. Annual maintenance pricing will be announced before general availability; founding merchants receive preferential terms and 60 days’ notice before any recurring fee begins.
4. Your accounts, your app
Apps are published under your own Apple Developer and Google Play accounts, which you own and pay for directly. The listing, ratings, and customer relationships are yours. You grant us the limited access needed to prepare, sign, and submit builds. If you leave Fluttify, published apps remain yours; ongoing sync, push delivery, and updates require an active account.
5. Intellectual property
You retain all rights to your brand, content, catalog, and store data, and you grant us a license to process them solely to provide the service. Provis Technologies retains all rights to the Fluttify platform, the commerce engine, the analyzer, and generated configurations’ format. Your app’s binary is yours to distribute through the stores; the engine inside it is licensed, not sold.
6. Your responsibilities
- Keep your Shopify store, content, and products lawful and accurate, the app renders what your store provides.
- Maintain your Apple, Google, and Shopify accounts in good standing.
- Use push notifications in line with applicable law (consent, opt-out) and store policies.
- Don’t reverse-engineer the engine, resell access, or use the platform to build apps for stores you don’t control.
7. Third-party platforms
Shopify, Apple, and Google control their own platforms, review processes, and policies. We prepare submissions to meet their guidelines and handle reviewer questions, but approval decisions and timelines are theirs, and their terms apply to you directly. Fluttify is not affiliated with or endorsed by Shopify, Apple, or Google.
8. Beta expectations & support
Beta accounts get founder-staffed support and hands-on onboarding. In return we ask for honest product feedback. The service is provided “as is” during beta; we work to keep sync, builds, and push delivery reliable but do not yet offer formal SLAs, those arrive with general availability.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability under these terms is capped at the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Termination & changes
You may disconnect at any time from your Shopify admin. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, with notice where practicable. We may update these terms; material changes are emailed 30 days in advance, and continued use after that constitutes acceptance. Questions: info@fluttify.in.
