Frequently asked questions
Is the app a wrapped version of my website?
No. Every Fluttify app is rendered by one production-hardened Flutter commerce engine, compiled to native code. Your storefront is rebuilt from hand-tuned native widgets, product grids, carousels, and menus that scroll at 60fps, support haptics and biometric login, and work offline. Webview wrappers can't do any of that.
Will it really match my theme?
Yes, the Store Analyzer extracts your logo, colors, typography, navigation, and homepage structure from your live storefront, and you approve a preview on your own phone before anything ships. Any Online Store 2.0 theme works. On a demo we analyze your actual store so you can judge the match yourself.
Do I need a developer?
No. The conversion, customization, and publishing flows are all no-code. The only accounts you need are Apple Developer ($99/yr) and Google Play ($25 once), we walk you through creating both on the onboarding call.
How does checkout work?
Checkout runs on Shopify's own rails through the Storefront API. Your payment providers, discounts, gift cards, shipping rates, taxes, and Shop Pay work exactly as they do on the web. Fluttify never touches payment data.
What happens when I change my website?
Catalog changes (products, prices, stock, collections) reach the app in real time through Shopify's Storefront API. For a theme redesign, re-run the analyzer: the engine regenerates the app from the new configuration and we ship the update for you.
Who owns the app?
You do. The app ships under your Apple and Google developer accounts, the listing, ratings, and customers are yours. If you ever leave Fluttify, the published app remains yours.
What does the beta cost, and what's the catch?
Founding beta setup is $499 one-time, both apps, catalog to checkout, push infrastructure, and hands-on store submission. We onboard personally, so seats are limited, and we ask for honest feedback. Annual maintenance pricing lands at GA; founding merchants keep preferential terms, see Pricing.
Which Shopify plans and app types are supported?
Any Shopify plan from Basic up. The ideal fit is a standard store: Shopify checkout, catalog on the Storefront API, navigation that fits 3–5 tabs, one primary market. Installed apps like Judge.me or Klaviyo are detected and reported before you commit; heavily custom setups become a scoped project, the compatibility report tells you either way.
